Enterprise Wi-Fi impersonation via premature PEAP success acceptance

Authentication bypass in wpa_supplicant 2.10 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to impersonate Enterprise Wi-Fi networks. The eap_peap_decrypt path accepts an EAP-TLV Success message before Phase 2 begins, treating the unauthenticated tunnel as successful. The target must use PEAP without verifying the Phase 1 TLS certificate, and the attacker must know the trusted SSID and be within wireless range.
