Arbitrary SQL execution via sauvegardes parameter

SQL injection in PMB 7.4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands through a backup endpoint. The /admin/sauvegarde/run.php handler incorporates the attacker-controlled sauvegardes value into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. Administrative privileges are required, and successful exploitation permits reading, changing, or deleting data available to the application's database account.
