Authenticated code execution via crafted PHTML upload

Unrestricted file upload in PMB 7.4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via crafted PHTML files. The pmb/camera_upload.php endpoint accepts an attacker-supplied PHTML file without rejecting its executable PHP extension. Administrative access is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled PHP with the web server process's privileges.
