Application crash via stale URI host length

Out-of-bounds read in mUPnP for C 3.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications via a crafted HTTP request. mupnp_net_uri_setvalue in mupnp/net/uri.c retains the original host length after truncating the host at a colon, then indexes beyond the shortened string. Unauthenticated network access to an application using the HTTP library is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
