Client crash via oversized NBD export size

Improper size handling in libnbd on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, Advanced Virtualization 8, and 9 allows remote attackers to crash NBD clients. The nbd_get_size API converts an unsigned server export size above INT64_MAX into a negative int64_t value other than the documented -1 error, which external callers can accept as success. Reachability requires a client connection to an attacker-controlled or modified noncompliant NBD server; libnbd's own client code is unaffected, but dependent applications can crash or misbehave.
