Arbitrary file upload via path traversal

Unrestricted file upload in resumable.php 0.1.4 allows remote attackers to place files anywhere in the filesystem via upload.php. The upload handler uses attacker-controlled multipart filename and path components containing ../ when constructing chunk and destination paths, allowing writes outside the configured upload directory. The endpoint is network reachable without authentication; recent GitHub code does not permit overwriting existing files, limiting impact to arbitrary file placement.
