Account takeover via unprotected profile-edit request

Cross-site request forgery in Gestsup before 3.2.46 allows remote attackers to change a user's profile through a crafted request. The index.php?page=admin/user&action=edit endpoint accepts profile-edit POST data without any CSRF protection. A victim must visit attacker-controlled content while authenticated; the forged request can replace the victim's email address, password, and function.
