OS command injection in TOTOlink A3700R firmware 9.1.2u.5822_B20200513 allows remote attackers to execute commands over the network. The setDiagnosisCfg handler in cstecgi.cgi incorporates unfiltered special characters into a constructed operating-system command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over router data and services.
