Remote command execution via static-route shell injection

Command injection in D-Link DIR-822+ 1.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through a static-route request. SetStaticRouteSettings splits staticroute_list on commas, passes the data to sub_437028 without filtering, and invokes FCGI_popen, which calls popen on the constructed command. Network access to the HNAP endpoint is sufficient; successful injection executes commands with the router service's privileges and can expose or alter data or interrupt service.
