Unauthenticated code execution via dangerous file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Yonyou YonBIP 3_23.05 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file. The nccloud.web.arcp.taskmonitor.action.ArcpUploadAction.doAction() method accepts a dangerous attacker-supplied file. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a successful upload permits code execution with the application's privileges.
