CVE-2023-51843Network attack vector

Session theft via script-readable JWT cookie

Published Jan 30, 2024 · Updated May 29, 2025

Cross-site scripting in Flatlogic React Dashboard 1.4.0 allows remote attackers to steal a user's JWT cookie through browser scripts. The server/server.js authentication path creates the JWT cookie with httpOnly set to false, leaving the token readable through document.cookie rather than blocking script access. A victim must interact with attacker-controlled script in the dashboard's origin; successful access exposes the session token and permits actions within that user's session.
