Arbitrary SQL execution via unneutralized export query

SQL injection in PMB 7.4.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands through an unauthenticated export request. The get_next_notice function in /admin/convert/export.class.php incorporates the query parameter into a database statement without adequate neutralization. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits database reads, writes, or deletion.
