Stored XSS via unencoded article title attributes

Stored XSS in the article title component of OFCMS 1.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser. The article update interface saves an unvalidated title to the database, and page templates later insert it into an HTML attribute without encoding, allowing a quotation mark to escape the attribute. Exploitation requires article-management access and a subsequent page view; the injected script runs in that viewer's OFCMS origin and can read or alter data available to the session.
