Code execution via corrupted DGN Fat sector count

Out-of-bounds write in ODA Drawings SDK before 2024.12 allows context-dependent attackers to execute code through a crafted DGN file. The DGN parser trusts a corrupted sector count used by the Fat structure, causing a write beyond the intended memory boundary. A consuming application must read the malicious file; successful exploitation runs code in the current process, while an unsuccessful attempt can crash it.
