Heap-based buffer overflow in FFmpeg N113007-g8d24a28d06 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through the showspectrumpic filter. In showspectrumpic_request_frame, the frame-consumption loop uses a less-than-or-equal bound and dereferences s->frames[s->nb_frames], one element past the queued frame array. The flaw is reached when FFmpeg processes audio through showspectrumpic; execution occurs with the privileges of the FFmpeg process.
