Code execution via odd-height weave buffer overflow

Buffer overflow in FFmpeg snapshot N113007-g8d24a28d06 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through odd-height video input. The vf_weave weave_slice routine copied both fields for the final plane row without accounting for the output buffer's rounded height, writing beyond the allocated frame. Exploitation requires local execution of the weave filter on crafted media and can corrupt memory within the FFmpeg process.
