Unauthenticated code execution via unvalidated audit-source URL
Published Jan 3, 2024 · Updated May 16, 2025
Code injection in Apache InLong Manager 1.5.0 through 1.9.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through an audit-source update. The updateAuditSource endpoint passed the request's audit-source URL to the audit service without validating its scheme and structure. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected code runs in the InLong Manager service context.
