File disclosure via injectable MySQL connection properties

Arbitrary file read in Apache DolphinScheduler before 3.2.1 allows remote attackers to read local server files through MySQL datasource properties. The MySQL datasource processor appends safety flags to the JDBC URL, allowing injected separators and a fragment marker to override them and re-enable local-infile loading. Exploitation requires a crafted datasource connection to an attacker-controlled MySQL server, which can request a readable file from the DolphinScheduler host.
