Stack-based buffer overflow in Siemens JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization allows attackers to execute code via a crafted CGM file. The CGM parser writes beyond a stack-based buffer while processing crafted file data; Siemens has not identified the responsible routine. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, after which code runs with the current process's privileges and the application can crash.
