Out-of-bounds write in CM5100 firmware 4.1.1.24 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via crafted input. The Add Downstream Frequency handler insufficiently validates user-supplied web-interface input before an out-of-bounds write occurs. Low-privileged web-interface access is required, and successful exploitation disrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
