Stored XSS via unsanitized IPsec tunnel name
Published Jan 17, 2024 · Updated Jun 2, 2025
Stored XSS in the Skyworth Digital CM5100 web interface through 4.1.1.24 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a user's browser. The IPsec Tunnel Name handler stores specially crafted input without sufficient validation and later emits that value through the web interface. An attacker needs high-privilege web access, and another user must view the stored value; script then runs in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
