Contributor-level stored script execution
Published Feb 1, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Advanced iFrame 2023.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The public CNA record and referenced advisory do not identify the affected input field, storage path, or output routine that fails to neutralize input. Contributor access is required to store the payload, and exploitation requires another user to render the affected content, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script actions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
