Privileged-process crash via unchecked PathRecording parsing

Out-of-bounds write in Mozilla PathOps allows attackers to crash a privileged process in Firefox before 118 and ESR or Thunderbird before 115.3. PathOps playback routines use the NEXT_PARAMS macro to read operation parameters without first checking the remaining PathRecording buffer. Exploitation requires a compromised content process able to supply malicious recording data; Thunderbird disables scripting during ordinary mail reading.
