Unauthenticated blind SSRF via unchecked OpenID issuer

Blind SSRF in Auth.js in advplyr Audiobookshelf before 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to make server-originated GET requests. The /auth/openid/config route appends an OpenID discovery path to the unchecked issuer query value and passes the result to axios.get; a trailing question mark places that suffix in the query string. The route requires no authentication, and the request is blind, allowing access to HTTP resources reachable from the server without returning their response body.
