CVE-2023-51648Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via unchecked path in getFileContentAsString

Published Nov 22, 2024 · Updated Nov 25, 2024

Path traversal in Alltena GmbH Allegra 7.5.0 build 29 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive server files. The getFileContentAsString method uses a user-supplied path in file operations without validating that the resolved file remains inside its permitted directory. An account with sufficient privileges can retrieve stored credentials, and self-registration provides a route to that access level.
