Unauthenticated code execution via patient-name SQL injection

SQL injection in Santesoft Sante PACS Server PG 3.3.3 allows remote attackers to execute code through an unauthenticated DICOM query. The DICOM service on TCP port 11122 inserts the PATIENT record's user-controlled NAME element into an SQL query without proper validation. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code as NETWORK SERVICE on the server.
