Root code execution via SetHostName stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DCS-8300LHV2 firmware 1.06.01 and earlier allows attackers to execute code as root. The ONVIF SetHostName handler copies user-supplied hostname data into a fixed-length stack buffer without first validating its length. The call is reachable from the adjacent network and requires authentication, but the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed.
