Out-of-bounds read in BlueZ 5.66 allows physically proximate attackers to disclose process memory through a malicious Bluetooth device. The avrcp_parse_attribute_list function fails to validate an attacker-controlled attribute length before reading beyond its allocated buffer. Exploitation requires the target to connect to the malicious device; the flaw directly exposes memory, while root code execution requires chaining with another flaw.
