Forced privileged actions through a victim session
Published Mar 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in ARI Soft ARI Stream Quiz 1.2.32 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger unwanted privileged actions. The public advisory does not identify the affected request handler or explain which state-changing operation accepts a forged request without intent validation. Exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user to open a crafted page or link, and the consequence is limited to actions available to that user's session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
