Browser script execution via stored form input
Published Dec 20, 2023 · Updated Oct 7, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.18 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. Vulnerable form fields store attacker-supplied script without neutralizing it before the field is rendered in a page. Low-privileged access is required to inject the payload, and execution requires a victim to browse to the page containing the field.
