Authenticated arbitrary file upload via file_upload

Unrestricted file upload in D-Link DAR-7000 and DAR-8000 20151231 allows remote authenticated users to upload files through the HTTPS web interface. The /sysmanage/updatelib.php handler accepts multipart file_upload content without restricting dangerous file types, placing PHP files under /home. A valid web session is required; uploaded PHP can be retrieved and executed, enabling server-level compromise.
