Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in D-Link DAR-7000 20151231 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through licence.php. The /sysmanage/licence.php handler accepts PHP in the multipart file_upload value and stores it beneath the web-accessible /home/upload path without blocking executable content. A valid PHP session is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP with the gateway server's privileges.
