Authenticated code execution via absolute-path coverage stores

Arbitrary file upload in GeoServer before 2.23.4 and GeoServer 2.24.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via REST. For absolute-path coverage stores, Files.ResourceAdaptor.get constructs a child File from an unvalidated resourcePath, so parent components escape the store directory. A user needs administrative permission to modify coverage stores; exploitation writes attacker-controlled files wherever the service account can write, enabling code execution or security-file overwrite.
