Administrator script execution via unescaped query parameter
Published Dec 4, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in BannerSky BSK Forms Blacklist 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's browser. The administrative list page writes the inserted_count query parameter into its response without sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a crafted WordPress admin URL, exposing that session to script actions.
