Key disclosure via software AES-CCM side channels

Side-channel exposure in Silicon Labs Zigbee EmberZNet SDK 7.2.0 through 7.3.3 allows physically proximate attackers to recover keys. The cryptographic path for EFR32xxx parts using classic key storage performs AES-CCM in software instead of invoking integrated hardware cryptographic accelerators. Exploitation requires proximal access and electromagnetic or differential-power measurement equipment; successful analysis discloses processed secrets without changing device operation.
