File disclosure via external entity URI resolution

XXE in NI's TopoGrafix DataPlugin for GPX before 2023 Q4 allows attackers to read files by inducing a user to open a crafted GPX file. The GPX XML parser resolves an external entity URI and embeds the retrieved contents into the document for further processing. Opening the file in an affected Windows host application is required, and disclosure occurs with the permissions of that process.
