Mailbox denial of service via unlimited password resets

Resource exhaustion in PHPJabbers Event Ticketing System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to flood a legitimate user's mailbox. The Forgot Password handler accepts repeated reset requests without rate limiting and generates an email for each request. An account-level requester can repeatedly target a legitimate user, consuming mail-processing capacity and disrupting mailbox availability.
