Code execution via unneutralized CSV formulas
Published Feb 20, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
CSV injection in PHPJabbers Bus Reservation System 1.1 allows remote attackers to execute code when a crafted CSV export is opened. The Languages section in System Options accepts crafted Label parameter values without neutralizing spreadsheet formula prefixes before writing them into the generated CSV file. Exploitation requires a user to open the export in formula-interpreting spreadsheet software, which then runs the injected formula in that user's context.
