Code execution via unvalidated CSV label formulas
Published Feb 20, 2025 · Updated Feb 21, 2025
CSV injection in PHPJabbers Restaurant Booking System 3.0 allows remote attackers to execute code when a crafted export is opened. Language-label parameters in System Options are accepted without sufficient validation and written into a constructed CSV, preserving spreadsheet formula syntax. User interaction is required to open the exported file, and any resulting code executes on the workstation that processes it rather than on the web server.
