Code execution via unneutralized CSV labels

CSV injection in PHPJabbers Car Park Booking System 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through exported label data. The Languages section accepts formula-leading Labels parameter values without neutralization and writes them into a CSV file. Authenticated access to System Options is required, and the code executes when the crafted export is processed as spreadsheet formulas.
