Resource exhaustion in PHPJabbers Car Park Booking System 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to flood a user's inbox with email. The Forgot Password and Email Settings handlers accept repeated requests without throttling and generate an outgoing message for each request. A low-privilege account and no victim action are required; sustained message generation can disrupt mail handling or render the recipient's mailbox unusable.
