Resource exhaustion in PHPJabbers Car Park Booking System 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to disrupt email service via repeated requests. The Email Settings feature accepts repeated send actions without rate limits, generating an excessive volume of messages for a legitimate user. Low-privilege access to the web interface is required, and exploitation consumes mail-processing resources rather than altering data.
