Service interruption via unthrottled email generation

Resource exhaustion in PHPJabbers Hotel Booking System 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service through email floods. The Email Settings feature accepts repeated send requests without rate limiting and generates an email for a legitimate user on every request. Low-privileged access to Email Settings is required; sustained requests can exhaust mail or application resources, without reported data exposure or modification.
