Authenticated code execution via ping command injection
Published Jan 18, 2024 · Updated Jun 2, 2025
OS command injection in TenghuTOS TWS-200 firmware 4.0-201809201424 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The ping page inserts crafted diagnostic input into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. Low-privileged access to the network management interface is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution in the firmware's security context.
