Authenticated command execution via diagnostic parameter injection

OS command injection in Tenda W9 firmware 1.0.0.7(4456)_CN allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The formGetDiagnoseInfo handler inserts the cmdinput HTTP parameter into a shell command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The published request requires an administrator session cookie and uses injected backticks to start telnetd bound to /bin/sh.
