Application crash via recursive NaN conversion

Stack overflow in NumberUtil.toBigDecimal in Hutool hutool-core 5.8.22 through 5.8.24 allows attackers to crash consuming applications. For the string "NaN," failed BigDecimal conversion falls back to parseNumber and passes its result into the overloaded toBigDecimal method, causing the two overloads to recurse until the Java stack is exhausted. The input must reach this utility method through a consuming application; the demonstrated consequence is a StackOverflowError that terminates the affected execution path.
