Improper access control in QStar Archive Solutions RELEASE_3-0 Build 7 Patch 0 allows remote attackers to alter sensitive SMB settings. The /system-smbcfg endpoint exposes the server's SMB configuration page without enforcing authentication before access. Network access to that page is sufficient, and unauthorized changes compromise the integrity of the SMB service configuration.
