Unauthenticated database compromise via A_formauth SQL injection
Published Dec 21, 2023 · Updated Apr 24, 2025
SQL injection in /admin/ajax.php in S-CMS 5.0 allows remote attackers to execute crafted SQL through the A_formauth parameter. The public disclosure identifies A_formauth as the injection input but does not publish the SQL construction or missing neutralization in the handler. Network access without authentication is sufficient; successful injection can read or alter database data and interrupt the service.
