Unauthenticated command execution via crafted merge parameter
Published Dec 22, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Command injection in TOTOlink EX1800T firmware 9.1.0cu.2112_B20220316 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setRptWizardCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi accepts a crafted merge parameter, but public records do not disclose the exact shell-construction operation. The management interface requires no authentication, and successful exploitation grants command execution on the device.
