Unauthenticated command execution via opmode injection

Command injection in TOTOlink EX1800T 9.1.0cu.2112_B20220316 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via its CGI interface. The setWiFiApConfig handler in cstecgi.cgi incorporates the opmode parameter into a constructed command without filtering shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests execute attacker-supplied commands with the CGI process's privileges.
